FAQ: HOW IS THIS PLAN FOR BOTH MEN, AND WOMEN?
DON’T WE NEED SEPARATE PLANS??
The plan was designed for men and women together, but separately, so portions are different, but the meals are the same (with the the exception of the additions to meals 2 and 3, and the extra meal 6, because guys need lots more calories!)…
SO… if you are cooking for two, you don’t have to work with two completely different grocery lists!
If you have special dietary restrictions, allergies, or other concerns regarding the meal plan, please don’t hesitate to contact me first.

Ladies, I designed the BIKINIS program just for you, because as women, no matter what size we are, our bodies don’t need as many calories as men, but we do need to maintain a minimum caloric intake every day to support our bodily functions and preserve lean, toned muscle while burning unsightly ‘stored energy’, aka body fat. Following this meal plan with the training program provided will help give you the lean, strong, sexy, toned BIKINI body you’ve dreamed of, no matter what time of year it is! Bring on the sun, sand, and the confidence–not to mention the admiration of all your hard work!
BOARDSHORTS (Dudes):
Guys, I designed the BOARDSHORTS program just for you, because as men, no matter what size you are, you need much more calories than women to build, and maintain sexy lean muscle mass, and burn off extra ‘stored energy’, aka body fat. This plan, when pairing it with the training program provided, will help you create the lean, strong, toned physique that will make you the hottest thing in BOARDSHORTS this summer, and year round! Look out Ladies!
