Rachel Elizabeth’s Cause Fitness is trusted health, fitness, and nutrition lifestyle and services brand (also, see number two below), but it is first and foremost a philanthropic entity; a cause for positive global effect. Cause Fitness is a foundation that was started to re-direct the world to the simplified truth about health, fitness, and nutrition education. It is purposed for stimulating awareness of the global obesity pandemic, creating a catalyst for global preventative health care through simplified holistic fitness and nutrition education, and becoming the first global fitness and nutrition based charity organization. For every service sold, a percentage (up to 10%) of the total will go towards the efforts of the charity to help with childhood and adult obesity programs and educational seminar funding world-wide. For every donation, 100% of the funding gift will go towards these efforts.”

My brand promotes strength and confidence in a new healthy body image: a healthy, lean body composition as more important than a number on a scale. That, and one pound of dense muscle will take up less space on your body than one pound of gushy mushy fat, so trust how your clothes fit and what the mirror says rather than basing your confidence on a number.

1. INTEGRITY: “I am committed to high quality customer service, products, and customer experience. Also, I will never knowingly support, or take endorsement from, any company who’s brand does not also esteem honesty and integrity in their product and actions as a company.”
2. BALANCE: “I believe that fitness is more than cardio or weight lifting only. Fitness is holistic; a lifestyle and a fine balance of physical, mental and spiritual health and wellness. Also, it shouldn’t be a chore…repeat after me, ‘I love taking the best care of my body as possible for a healthy and happy long life!’”
3. FUN: “I believe that fitness should challenging, but it should always be fun! With balance between work and plan, it should be informative and effective, and yield body transforming results, but it should never have a negative connotation. Rather, working out should bring a liberating rush of endorphins and a welcome escape from the routine and mundane!”
