Rachel Elizabeth’s Cause Fit­ness is trusted health, fit­ness, and nutri­tion lifestyle and ser­vices brand (also, see num­ber two below), but it is first and fore­most a phil­an­thropic entity; a cause for pos­i­tive global effect. Cause Fit­ness is a foun­da­tion that was started to re-direct the world to the sim­pli­fied truth about health, fit­ness, and nutri­tion edu­ca­tion. It is pur­posed for stim­u­lat­ing aware­ness of the global obe­sity pan­demic, cre­at­ing a cat­a­lyst for global pre­ven­ta­tive health care through sim­pli­fied holis­tic fit­ness and nutri­tion edu­ca­tion, and becom­ing the first global fit­ness and nutri­tion based char­ity orga­ni­za­tion. For every ser­vice sold, a per­cent­age (up to 10%) of the total will go towards the efforts of the char­ity to help with child­hood and adult obe­sity pro­grams and edu­ca­tional sem­i­nar fund­ing world-wide. For every dona­tion, 100% of the fund­ing gift will go towards these efforts.”

My brand pro­motes strength and con­fi­dence in a new healthy body image: a healthy, lean body com­po­si­tion as more impor­tant than a num­ber on a scale. That, and one pound of dense mus­cle will take up less space on your body than one pound of gushy mushy fat, so trust how your clothes fit and what the mir­ror says rather than bas­ing your con­fi­dence on a number.

2. BALANCE“I believe that fit­ness is more than car­dio or weight lift­ing only. Fit­ness is holis­tic; a lifestyle and a fine bal­ance of phys­i­cal, men­tal and spir­i­tual health and well­ness. Also, it shouldn’t be a chore…repeat after me, ‘I love tak­ing the best care of my body as pos­si­ble for a healthy and happy long life!’”

 

3. FUN: “I believe that fit­ness should chal­leng­ing, but it should always be fun! With bal­ance between work and plan, it should be infor­ma­tive and effec­tive, and yield body trans­form­ing results, but it should never have a neg­a­tive con­no­ta­tion.
