Consultations are a great tool for anyone needing help breaking
down their health and fitness goals into next-steps, or anyone needing basic nutrition education or personalized nutrition guidance. They’re also the vehicle I use for anyone interested in industry mentorship and/or coaching (modeling, acting, photoshoots, hosting, personal brand building, ministry, life coaching and more).

This is for just about anyone! It’s an invitation to “sit down” with me, and let me coach you for an hour, no matter where you are in the world or where you are on your health and fitness (or personal/spiritual) journey.

HOW IT WORKS: As soon as you purchase, I’ll get a notification. I’ll then send you a questionnaire to fill out. As soon as I get that back from you completed, we get you the first available spot in my calendar that works for both of us!

Typically consults are goal-focused, so I use the information gathered in the questionnaire to diagnose and prescribe, educating and coaching when necessary.

  • I’ve been a NASM certified personal trainer (among multiple other certifications) for a decade, I’m also hold certifications in general sports nutrition and Precision Nutrition’s PN1.
  • I coached a team of Figure and Bikini athlete clients from beginning of prep to stage to trophies; having personally competed in both Figure and Bikini, nationally qualified in both for 5 years (see competition history here).
  • I’ve been a professional model, host, and actor since 2007. Currently represented by Sports and Lifestyle Unlimited, a sports modeling and talent agency in Los Angeles and Portland. They’re my mother agency (originally signed in 2007). Previously represented by Wilhelmina – New York, TCM Models & Talent – Seattle, CESD – Los Angeles, and Big Fish Talent – Seattle (see a list of clients I’ve worked with here).
