Custom Meal Plan:
Meal plans are created for you, by Rachel Elizabeth, based on your current stats, measurements, and physical goals. Rachel’s nutrition philosophy is most easily described as “Paleo meets Sports Nutrition” (Read more HERE). Macronutrients are taken into account, as well as your body type, and your current activity level and your basal metabolic rate.
Nutrition: New Meal Plan/Update:
Recommended after about 4–8 weeks after starting initial meal plan, because like in training, your body will adapt and plateau if changes and challenges are not implemented regularly. Contact for more information.
Grocery Shopping Trip:
Head to your favorite grocery store or market with the expert! Let Rachel Elizabeth show you the ‘clean eating’ route around your favorite store, and learn about basic ‘paleo meets sports nutrition’ and how to shop to fuel your fitness goals!
