Cus­tom Meal Plan:

Meal plans are cre­ated for you, by Rachel Eliz­a­beth, based on your cur­rent stats, mea­sure­ments, and phys­i­cal goals. Rachel’s nutri­tion phi­los­o­phy is most eas­ily described as “Paleo meets Sports Nutri­tion” (Read more HERE). Macronu­tri­ents are taken into account, as well as your body type, and your cur­rent activ­ity level and your basal meta­bolic rate.

Nutri­tion: New Meal Plan/Update:

Rec­om­mended after about 4–8 weeks after start­ing ini­tial meal plan, because like in train­ing, your body will adapt and plateau if changes and chal­lenges are not imple­mented reg­u­larly. Con­tact for more information.

Head to your favorite gro­cery store or mar­ket with the expert! Let Rachel Eliz­a­beth show you the ‘clean eat­ing’ route around your favorite store, and learn about basic ‘paleo meets sports nutri­tion’ and how to shop to fuel your fit­ness goals!
