This week’s challenge…THE GREAT OMISSION!
This week, for the entire week (7 full days), I want you to chose one of the following and eliminate it from your diet completely:
1) SUGAR: real, artificial, you name it, it’s OMITTED! CUT IT OUT of your diet. After you omit it completely this week, try to ONLY add back natural sweetener options like Stevia, agave, and honey, and fruit (in small amounts).
2) SODIUM: you don’t always have to rid yourself of all sodium, but I want you to omit it ENTIRELY this week to become more aware of how sneaky it can be! Sodium is in almost all packaged foods!
3) PACKAGED FOOD: if it’s in a wrapper or a box (exceptions: eggs, bagged spinach and mixed greens, mushrooms…I think you get the idea), or you didn’t make it (i.e. restaurant food) you’re omitting it for an entire week! (It’s a Monday CHALLENGE…it’s supposed to be challenging…).
