*Classes are 30 min­utes of INTENSE train­ing and include a 5 min warm up.

*Get­ting there: Turn off of Sun­set Blvd onto West­wood Plaza, park in ‘pay-per-space’ in struc­ture #4, take stairs up to ground level and meet at the base of the Drake track sta­dium stairs. Give your­self plenty of time to park and find it. Can be con­fus­ing the first time.
