Watch It Wednes­day is back, Folks!

There’s so much going on here with the Rachel Elizabeth’s Cause Fit­ness brand and I couldn’t be more excited about it, and more busy at the same time! It’s all won­der­ful, but it’s been a strug­gle to get these posts up for you. HOPEFULLY this AWESOME full-body plyo work­out with demos will make up for it. Best part is, this work­out can be done ANYWHERE, plus, there’s moti­va­tional music in it. (Bonus!!!)

Do all 6 exer­cises as directed in the video back-to-back, cir­cuit style: 5x (rest­ing only 90sec between cir­cuit sets)
