Who is Cause Fit­ness Vir­tual Train­ing for? 

For any­one need­ing a ‘road map’ to his or her fit­ness goals. Every Cause Fit­ness VT pro­gram is cus­tomized for fat-loss, lean gains, com­pe­ti­tion prep, and every goal in between!

That said, I always write pro­grams that progress in abil­ity, so it’s up to you to com­plete each work­out to the best of your abil­ity so that the fol­low­ing pro­gram can build nat­u­rally upon the last and con­tinue to chal­lenge you as you become stronger and more capable.

The best part is, you will be chal­lenged con­sis­tently, so you will never plateau, and your progress will continue!

  • Per­son­al­ized 2 week work­out plan includ­ing goal spe­cific car­dio, resis­tance train­ing, and flex­i­bil­ity (on request) with video demos (smart phone accessible)
  • Per­son­al­ized BMR cal­cu­la­tions (on request) and nutri­tion coaching
  • Unlim­ited SMS text account­abil­ity and access to your per­sonal trainer seven days a week (9am-9pm PST), response ASAP based on time avail­able out­side local clientele

I require a few things of you as well…

*EVERY FRIDAY morn­ing FIRST THING (before meals/drinks) you’ll send me the following:

  • Progress pic­tures (to mod­ify pro­gram as needed)
  • Weigh-ins and mea­sure­ments (chest, waist, fullest part of hip)
  • Log your eating/drinking, and email it to me for tips/substitutions and eval­u­a­tion (optional but helpful)
  • Log your work­outs to track your progress (for your records only)

NOTE: YOU are respon­si­ble for send­ing me this infor­ma­tion. I will not nag you for it, but I need it before I send pro­gram updates, so you will not get your update unless I get your updates. YOU are the Cause of your own fit­ness Effect!
