Who is Cause Fitness Virtual Training for?
For anyone needing a ‘road map’ to his or her fitness goals. Every Cause Fitness VT program is customized for fat-loss, lean gains, competition prep, and every goal in between!
That said, I always write programs that progress in ability, so it’s up to you to complete each workout to the best of your ability so that the following program can build naturally upon the last and continue to challenge you as you become stronger and more capable.
The best part is, you will be challenged consistently, so you will never plateau, and your progress will continue!
Young or young-at-heart, whether you want to improve health or strength, need more accountability, have a crazy busy schedule (programs can be customized to your schedule and time constraints), or you simply want to look better naked, the Cause Fitness Virtual Training program is for you.
With VT you get:
- Personalized 2 week workout plan including goal specific cardio, resistance training, and flexibility (on request) with video demos (smart phone accessible)
- Personalized BMR calculations (on request) and nutrition coaching
- Unlimited SMS text accountability and access to your personal trainer seven days a week (9am-9pm PST), response ASAP based on time available outside local clientele
- Unlimited access via email 24/7
I require a few things of you as well…
*EVERY FRIDAY morning FIRST THING (before meals/drinks) you’ll send me the following:
- Progress pictures (to modify program as needed)
- Weigh-ins and measurements (chest, waist, fullest part of hip)
- Log your eating/drinking, and email it to me for tips/substitutions and evaluation (optional but helpful)
- Log your workouts to track your progress (for your records only)
NOTE: YOU are responsible for sending me this information. I will not nag you for it, but I need it before I send program updates, so you will not get your update unless I get your updates. YOU are the Cause of your own fitness Effect!
