Who is Cause Fit­ness’ Vir­tual Train­ing for? 

For any­one need­ing a ‘road map’ to his or her fit­ness goals. All you need is gym access and a com­puter or smart phone!

Every Cause Fit­ness VT pro­gram is cus­tomized for fat-loss, lean gains, com­pe­ti­tion prep, and every goal in between!

I require a few things of you as well…

EVERY FRIDAY morn­ing FIRST THING (before meals/drinks) you’ll send me the following:

  • Progress pic­tures (to mod­ify pro­gram as needed) *All per­sonal infor­ma­tion is kept con­fi­den­tial unless shar­ing as tes­ti­mo­nial is oth­er­wise agreed upon
  • Weigh-ins and mea­sure­ments (chest, waist, fullest part of hip)
  • Log your eating/drinking, and email it to me for tips/substitutions and eval­u­a­tion (optional but helpful)
  • Log your work­outs to track your progress (for your records only — I will not ask to see this)
