For anyone needing a ‘road map’ to his or her fitness goals. All you need is gym access and a computer or smart phone!

Every Cause Fitness VT program is customized for fat-loss, lean gains, competition prep, and every goal in between!

I require a few things of you as well…

EVERY FRIDAY morning FIRST THING (before meals/drinks) you’ll send me the following:

  • Progress pictures (to modify program as needed) *All personal information is kept confidential unless sharing as testimonial is otherwise agreed upon
  • Weigh-ins and measurements (chest, waist, fullest part of hip)
  • Log your eating/drinking, and email it to me for tips/substitutions and evaluation (optional but helpful)
  • Log your workouts to track your progress (for your records only – I will not ask to see this)
